At GMRGold/American Standard Gold, he leads the design and execution of the reseller/carrier program end-to-end, recruiting and onboarding advisors; aligning SDIRA setup/transfer; coordinating custodial and depository relationships; standardizing compensation and fast payouts; and equipping partners with compliant marketing, client education, and turnkey sales enablement while working closely with operations, marketing, and compliance.
