Rob’s professional background is both diverse and deeply rooted in service. He began his career in mental health services, where he provided direct support and advocacy for individuals navigating complex behavioral health challenges. This early experience shaped his ability to communicate with empathy and purpose—skills that continue to define his approach in business.
He then transitioned into the staffing and recruitment industry, taking on leadership roles such as Recruiter, Business Development Manager, Branch Manager, Vice President, and Director of Talent Acquisition. In each position, Rob demonstrated a consistent ability to lead high-performing teams, drive growth, and build meaningful partnerships across industries.
Rob also spent several years in the music and entertainment industry, serving as a master vendor in merchandising for legendary acts Pink Floyd and The Rolling Stones. In this role, he managed large-scale merchandising operations, inventory logistics, and vendor coordination across major tours—gaining valuable experience in global operations and high-pressure execution.
In addition to his business pursuits, Rob is an accomplished performer and musician. He is the founding member of Zion Lion and Houston’s Bayou Funk Experiment, and currently performs with Tres Leches. He also hosts The Robzilla Show, a weekly music and entertainment program.
